Caryn joined the JS Group with a mission to provide the high tech channel with go to market programs and initiatives that would help them evolve their organization from a transactional, product-based sales organization to a customer driven, market responsive business development organization. Caryn has over 15 years of leadership experience with an expertise in business development and marketing project management with specific experience in marketing and sales groups for global technology leaders, including Intel and Novell. She has managed multi-million dollar communications budgets, high-profile international industry events (spearheaded a variety of 50+ location "road shows" garnering over 20,000 collective new leads while cutting program expenses in half), ad campaigns and massive lead generation programs. She has vast competency in strategic development, maximizing ROI and minimizing program expense. Caryn is the Manager of a JS Group team of professionals who are dedicated to creating programs and systems to substantially increase sales by helping high-tech channel organizations focus on maximizing executive relationships, boost sales force confidence, leverage solution selling based on specific vertical problem sets and displace embedded competitors.
